This class is all about grains and pulses.

If you’ve always wanted to learn how to cook the perfect, creamy risotto or how to add more lentils, quinoa or other pulses or grains to your repertoire, this one’s for you. Peter will teach you to make at least three things, eat some and take the rest home.

Our stations can take up to six people so come with a group of friends, or the family for a fun day out. Please tell us any dietary needs in advance.
