The Modern Roast

A Sunday roast is the ultimate meal for gathering your tribe. 

While nostalgia takes us back to granny’s roast chicken or lamb with all the trimmings, these days we probably  want to omit those brussel sprouts and broccoli that have been boiled for hours. 

Let Peter teach you to take any protein, add lots of vibrant veggies, some stunning flavour and bring a Kiwi classic into a modern context.

Our stations can take up to six people so come with a group of friends, or the family for a fun day out.
