Learn to make authentic Chinese Dumplings with Ella & Toby (founders of Chiwi Dumplings)
Ella and Toby have been making dumplings since they were 4 years old, as taught to them by their mum (you may know her as Lisa King, the founder of Eat My Lunch and AF Drinks). In this class they will teach you how to make pork and cabbage dumplings, as well as different ways to cook and serve them.
Ella (16) and Toby (14) started Chiwi Dumplings (Chinese Kiwi) in 2022 when they realised people really wanted to know how to make authentic, handmade dumplings for their friends and family. We are so excited to welcome them to Homeland for the first time.
You will get to eat some dumplings in class, with enough to take home and enjoy later (please bring a container). A cup of green tea will be served on arrival.
Our benches take six people so come as a group, or meet some new folks on the day. This class is for adults and kids over 12 – perfect for the school holidays

Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of four days prior to the booking or payment becomes non-refundable. If you need cancel then please try to get your friends to take your place.
No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded.
Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their cooking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time. The class may still go ahead, where applicable, with one of Homeland's team stepping in to take the lesson.
