SOLD OUT An evening in Provence with Geoff Scott

Many of you will know Geoff Scott from his award-winning restaurant, Vinnies – an Auckland institution for 29 years. But what you might not know is that he did his original training in France.

Geoff now works shaping the next generation of chef talent as a lecturer in Culinary Arts at AUT, but he’s agreed to come and teach a French-inspired cooking class for us at Homeland. And we’re very excited.

He’s bringing a bit of Provence to Auckland with a Lamb Provençal and a traditional Tarte Tatin (a wine match will be included too). And given his years of experience in restaurants and teaching, you’re bound to learn some clever techniques and tricks you can use in your everyday cooking too.

If you can’t make it to Europe this year, this might just be the next best thing!

We can accommodate some allergies (depending on the class) but please email us at cookingschool@homelandnz.com to check about yours well in advance.

Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring containers from home in case of leftovers. Our benches take six people so come as a group or meet some new people on the day.

Price: $145
