We’re bringing a little bit of The Great Kiwi Bake Off to Homeland. Last year while filming the show, Peter met technical baker Louise on set, and now we are lucky enough to have her working with us as Pastry Chef at Homeland. If you’ve ever seen our cabinet, you’ll know just how incredibly talented she is.
In this shorter format class, Peter and Louise will teach a Solomon Gold chocolate tart with hazelnut meringue and an individual Sponge Cake with passionfruit curd, mascarpone and white chocolate tuiles. We promise Peter won’t be in Bake-off judge mode – this one is all about fun!
You’ll also get a house made soda on arrival.

Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of four days prior to the booking or payment becomes non-refundable. If you need cancel then please try to get your friends to take your place.
No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded.
Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their cooking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time. The class may still go ahead, where applicable, with one of Homeland's team stepping in to take the lesson.
