Homeland’s Turkish Eggs are legendary, and this is your chance to learn to make them.

Peter first fell in love with this dish (known as çilbir) in 1999 on the first of 50-plus visits to Turkey. It’s a dish that graced the menu of his restaurant, The Providores, in London every day of its 18 years – they sold tens of thousands of them.

And now they are here at Homeland, giving so many New Zealanders a nostalgic taste of their time in London, and delighting those who have only just discovered them.

Learn how they are made in this shorter format Saturday morning class. Even better our Bar Manager, Di, will show you how to make our legendary Kimchi Bloody Mary as well – could there be a better breakfast combo?

Our benches take six people so come as a group or meet some new people on the day. This one will be a world of fun

Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of four days prior to the booking or payment becomes non-refundable. If you need cancel then please try to get your friends to take your place.

No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded.

Should Peter Gordon be unavailable to conduct his cooking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time. The class will still go ahead, with one of Peter’s team stepping in to take the lesson.
