Every place has a dumpling, everyone loves a dumpling and it gives us so much joy to bring you a busy hands-on dumpling journey through Poland, Japan and Singapore.
Learn the art of folding, cooking and serving four classic dumplings – and hear the stories that brought them to Aotearoa.
Angelina Peters will be our Polish tutor, Kyoko Meguro, our Japanese, our own Connie Clarkson will show us a traditional Sui Kow.
Peter will teach the last one, a surprise on the day. This class is always a world of fun.
*Not suitable for vegans, vegetarians or gluten-free. Dairy-free possible if you don’t eat the Polish dumpling. Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring containers in case of leftovers.

Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of four days prior to the booking or payment becomes non-refundable. If you need cancel then please try to get your friends to take your place.
No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded.
Should Peter Gordon be unavailable to conduct a cooking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time. The class will still go ahead, with one of Peter’s team stepping in to take the lesson.
