Indian Feast with Banu SOLD OUT

Come and learn to cook with the incredibly talented Banu Sidharth, daughter of one of the most well-known caterers in North India (specialising in both northern and southern cuisine)

Banu moved to New Zealand 17 years ago and runs Indian vegetarian cooking classes from her home in West Auckland – with her husband Sidharth. She also produces a delicious range of spice mixes, sauces, pickles and chilli oils (Peter’s personal favourite) which we proudly sell at Homeland.

In this class she will teach you to make a luscious paneer and pea curry, fluffy cumin rice, sumptuous dal, refreshing raita and soft fresh paratha – all bursting with bold Indian flavours. This is the real home-cooked deal.

Our stations can take up to six people, so come with a group of friends, or the family for a fun day out. If you’re coming solo we may pair you up with someone else as we often work in twos or fours

Please tell us any dietary needs in advance.

In the name of sustainability we ask you to bring your own container for leftovers, and in the name of safety please make sure to wear closed-toe shoes.

Adults: $145
Children (16 and under): $100
