A sumptuous five-course dinner created by Peter Gordon and the Homeland kitchen, celebrating the flavours of the Pacific Islands
Pacific Trade Invest New Zealand, New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Homeland invite you to take a journey through the Solomon Islands, French Polynesia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Papua New Guinea New Caledonia all in one night at a five-course tasting dinner designed by Peter Gordon and the Homeland kitchen team.
Be transported to the warmth of the pacific with cocktails and culinary delights like banana coconut bread, prawns, tuna, taro, sticky pork ribs, coffee, coconut, chocolate and so much more. It will be a riot of colour, flavour and those trademark pacific smiles.

Please note tables may be shared, as seating will be in groups of 4, 6 or 8. Let us know in the notes section if you’re coming with friends you want to sit with.

Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of four days prior to the booking or payment becomes non-refundable. If you need cancel then please try to get your friends to take your place.
No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded.
Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their cooking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time. The class may still go ahead, where applicable, with one of Homeland's team stepping in to take the lesson.
