Summer School

Peter loves cooking any kind of kaimoana – and you’ll love learning from him.

You’ll share a whole fish between two and Peter will teach you to make fish head soup, spice roasted ‘wings’ and a coconut curried whole fish (minus the head and wings).

Our stations can take up to six people, so come with a group of friends – or the family – for a fun day out. If you’re coming solo we may pair you up with someone else as we often work in twos or fours. It’s much more fun that way.

Please tell us any dietary needs in advance.

In the name of sustainability we ask you to bring your own container for leftovers, and in the name of safety please make sure to wear closed-toe shoes.
