Peter loves cooking any kind of kaimoana – and you’ll love learning from him. At Homeland we hate waste and love sustainability so we want to teach you to cook everything a fish has to offer. 

You’ll share a whole fish between two and make a lovely warming fish head soup, spice roasted ‘wings’ and a coconut curried whole fish. Perfect winter fare.

Our stations can take up to six people, so come with a group of friends – or the family – for a fun day out. If you’re coming solo we may pair you up with someone else as we often work in twos or fours. It’s much more fun that way.

In the name of sustainability we ask you to bring your own container for leftovers, and in the name of safety please make sure to wear closed-toe shoes.
