You may know Ray McVinnie as a professional chef, celebrity judge on Masterchef NZ, food columnist, recipe writer, cookbook author or any other role in a long and successful career in the New Zealand food industry.
Travel has also been a huge part of Ray’s life- especially through Asia, Spain, Germany, France and Italy. In fact, he was even on the International Jury for the Slowfood Awards, and has twice been on the panel of judges for the World Food Media Awards.
In this class he will bring the spicy flavours of Spanish and Latin American food to the kiwi kitchen, teaching recipes he learned while travelling through those beautiful parts of the world.

Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of four days prior to the booking or payment becomes non-refundable. If you need cancel then please try to get your friends to take your place.
No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded.
Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their cooking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time. The class may still go ahead, where applicable, with one of Homeland's team stepping in to take the lesson.
