Whether you know him as last year’s Masterchef, author of Modern Chinese, barista trainer extraordinaire or the guy who did the amazing replating of his managed isolation meals, you’ll be aware that Sam Low is a true culinary talent.

We’ve had him in the Cooking School with Metro Magazine before, and it was so much fun we’ve asked him back to teach a class to help us celebrate Lunar New Year.

The Year of the Dragon is all about the renewal of strength, luck and abundance – and dumplings represent luck, wealth and togetherness. What better way to kick off a great year ahead!

Sam will be teaching two different types of dumplings from scratch, using his amazing homemade wrapper recipe. There will also be a delicious drink from the book and a whole lot of hilarity guaranteed.

Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of four days prior to the booking or payment becomes non-refundable. If you need cancel then please try to get your friends to take your place.

No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded.

Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their cooking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time. The class may still go ahead, where applicable, with one of Homeland's team stepping in to take the lesson.
