Salad Dinner Party with Peter Gordon

Peter will teach a salad-based class focusing on dressings, textural combinations and mixing ingredients together happily.

He will show you how to add kai moana (seafood) and meat to a salad – or avoid it to stay vegetarian. He has written two books on salads (we sell the latest, Savour, in the Homeland shop) so you’re in safe hands.

Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring containers in case of leftovers. If you have any allergies or intolerances let us know immediately on and we will let you know if it can be accommodated.
