Salad Dinner Party with Peter Gordon

Peter will teach a salad-based class focusing on dressings, textural combinations and mixing ingredients together happily.

He will show you how to add kai moana (seafood) and meat to a salad – or avoid it to stay vegetarian. He has written two books on salads (we sell the latest, Savour, in the Homeland shop) so you’re in safe hands.
